This section is similar to section 26 sub- -section 3 of the Straits Ordinance.

Section 4 is similar to section 3 except that it provides for contracts and other documents signed prior to the passing of this Ordinance.

By section 5 contracts made in England by the Crow Agents for the Government of Hongkong shall, in the event of the said contract coming within the jurisdiction of the Court here, be deemed to have been made by the Governor.
